The Strengthening Community: Young Men’s Leadership Symposium is built on five core values: brotherhood, community, empowerment, excellence, and hope, and is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for young men to grow and develop their leadership skills.

The symposium is a full-day event, followed-up with additional community building experiences, which provide participants with a range of activities and experiences to help strengthen their character, community, and connections. The event is centered around timeless values and will provide young men with an opportunity to connect with others and to learn from experienced leaders.

The Strengthening Community: Young Men’s Leadership Symposium is an exciting opportunity for young men ages 13 – 21, from diverse backgrounds, to develop their leadership skills, meet mentors, and connect with like-minded individuals wanting to make a positive impact in their communities.
