Today on 30 Minutes, we’ll hear excerpts from a December 2014 panel discussion convened by the YWCA Tucson called Prison Policy: A Crime Against Our Community. Today’s speaker is Caroline Isaacs, MSW, Program Director of Arizona American Friends Service Committee. She describes some history of US and Arizona prison policy and the impacts on our community.
