In this episode Barbea Williams, a Tucson institution in of herself, tells us about Barbea Williams Performing Company and the upcoming Kwanzaa celebration. She describes the public part of the Kwanzaa celebration, the private part, and the special need for both. Part of this year’s Tucson Kwanzaa will be an event open to the public on December 7; a coming together of drummers, singers, dancers, games, vendors, workshops and the formal Kwanzaa presentation. (Full details at the Facebook page with link above).
