After nearly a decade of full-time touring across the U.S. and Canada, indie-folk duo Freddy & Francine will make their long-awaited Tucson club debut on June 7 at Club Congress. The performance marks a major milestone for the band, following their 2022 appearance at the Tucson Folk Festival and a pandemic-driven shift in their personal and professional lives.
Led by partners Bianca Caruso and Lee Ferris, Freddy & Francine spent eight years crisscrossing North America, performing hundreds of shows and earning a loyal national following.
Fans can expect a mix of new material and the harmony-rich, road-tested favorites that made the band a standout in the Americana scene. Freddy & Francine’s sound—equal parts folk, soul, and storytelling—has earned them praise and spots alongside artists such as Idina Menzel, Jeff Chimenti (Dead & Co.), Mary Gauthier, Steve Poltz, Toad the Wet Sprocket, and Amy Helm.
The performance will also feature American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation.
