Announcement Details*

Include all pertinent details such as date, time, place, needs, and other information. Please keep it as short and concise as possible. A KXCI PSA can have no more than 65 words, so it's important to focus on the most important part of your message, even though there are many amazing details. If your PSA has challenging pronunciations, please include a pronunciation (pro-NUN-see-A-shun) guide as there may be 70 different djs reading your message. *

Public Contact Information (phone, email, website, etc.) The best PSAs have an easy to read and remember website. When people listen to radio, they usually can't remember a complicated website, phone number, or email address.*

Thank you for considering KXCI as a valuable media source to communicate information about your organization! For optimal results, requests for PSAs should be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance. Submission of a PSA request does not guarantee a specific schedule of announcements. If you have any questions or comments feel free to write them here or call the Director of Education and Community Engagement at (520) 623-1000 x 19. PSAs on KXCI are aired as a community service. Unfortunately, because so many organizations are doing so many wonderful things, we are unable to broadcast every PSA submission.
