In this episode of Nonprofit Spotlight, Stephanie sits down with Lu Funk, Executive Director of Cochise Harm Reduction. Lu explains what harm reduction is and shares Cochise Harm Reduction’s approach, highlighting the many ways the organization works to improve the lives of people who use drugs in rural communities and their vision to build thriving communities with people who use drugs. One unique aspect of Cochise Harm Reduction’s work is their mobile food program, through which they have delivered more than 17,000 meals in connection with their mobile harm reduction services.
