Our goal is to empower BIPOC women by offering a bilingual space to raise awareness and increase acceptance of menopause and the variety of lived experiences. The plan is to offer 2 online sessions with professionals who will help you navigating the menopause, and 2 in-person art-making workshops August 23 & 30th. Please register for further details.

Nuestro objetivo es empoderar a las mujeres BIPOC creando un espacio para generar una conciencia para procesar y la aceptación de la menopausia y compartir las diferentes experiencias vividas. El plan es tener 2 sesiones en línea con profesionales quienes profesionales quienes podran ayudarle a navegar la menopausia y 2 talleres presenciales de creación artística agosto 23 y 30.
