In the recent trial against No More Deaths volunteer Dr. Scott Warren, a hung jury voted 8-4 not guilty on all three charges. Warren had been facing federal charges of harboring and conspiracy for what he sees as providing humanitarian aid to migrants in Ajo, Arizona.

This trial galvanized local, national, and international support for Scott Warren and No More Deaths. Human rights and immigrant rights activists and faith leaders flocked to Tucson to lend their support and bear witness to this trial.
