Today on 30 Minutes, we continue with Part 2 of a recording from the 2013 Tucson Festival of Books. Ernesto Portillo, Jr., columnist for the Arizona Daily Star and editor of the Star’s Spanish weekly paper La Estrella de Tucson, interviewed Gustavo Arellano, author of the syndicated Ask A Mexican! column. Gustavo Arellano is the editor of the Orange County Weekly. The two discussed Arellano’s book “Taco USA: How Mexican Food Conquered America.”
