Distracted driving is a leading cause of collisions and death involving people walking, riding a bike, and driving a car. Use of cell phones while driving puts everyone using our roads at risk. Did you know Arizona is one of only two states in the U.S. without a state-wide ban on texting while driving? A statewide coalition is looking to change that with a Distracted Driving Summit on January 25th at the state capitol to raise awareness and show there is widespread, non-partisan support for this safety issue.
