Ozomatli is playing in Tucson for the benefit Concert For Civility on Sunday, January 11th at The Rialto Theatre. To celebrate this great event we are podcasting Ozomatli’s live performance in Studio 2A from March 2014. **(The audio stream is no longer available, it was just streaming through the weekend of the event)** Their lively interview with Ernesto Portillo Jr. includes live versions of Brighter, Ready To Go, and Paleta which will get you in the spirit for their concert. Doors open at 6:30pm with Salvador Duran and proceeds benefit Mental Health Safe Space: a free community training focused on eliminating the stigma that surrounds mental illness and Tucson’s January 8th Memorial Foundation working to honor those who were killed or injured and to commemorate the extraordinary community response to the tragedy.
