Pedaling the Pueblo – Complete Streets Coordinating Council
On August 6th, 2019 Tucson’s Mayor and Council adopted formal language to create a new community-centered advisory council to direct the City of Tucson’s progress towards building and retrofitting complete streets — street networks that are designed to accommodate all road users no matter how they choose to get around.
In this episode, the City of Tucson’s Complete Streets Program Coordinator, Patrick Hartley, discusses the role of the Complete Streets Coordinating Council (CSCC), encourages anyone with a passion for making our streets better for everyone to apply, and talks about what the selection committee will look for in applicants.
Deadline to apply is August 23rd, 2019.
