My name is Carrie Stine and I’m a senior in Biochemistry and Molecular/Cellular Biology (MCB) at the University of Arizona. For the past two years, I’ve been researching heat shock protein 90’s impact on using opioids to manage cancer-related pain in Dr. John Streicher’s lab in the Department of Pharmacology. After graduation I’ll be heading to Seattle to join the MCB PhD program at the University of Washington! I love skiing, playing piano, and my dog. If I’m not in lab, you can probably find me at Scented Leaf.
