Southern Arizona is known for its extreme summer heat, with temperatures often exceeding 100°F. This prolonged exposure to high heat can lead to serious health risks, including heat-related illnesses like heat exhaustion and heat stroke. The heat can be intense and dangerous, but with proper precautions, you can reduce your risk of heat-related illnesses. Always stay hydrated, rest when necessary, and know when to seek medical help. Stay safe and beat the heat!
