Bring your instrument and spend the day immersed in the world of reeds at University of Arizona Reed Day 2026. Oboists, clarinetists, saxophonists and bassoonists of all ages and experience levels are invited to participate in a full day of clinics, workshops, ensembles, performances and more at the University of Arizona School of Music.
Learn from University of Arizona faculty and studio musicians, play alongside fellow reed enthusiasts, and explore instruments, reeds and equipment offered by participating vendors. The event is hosted by Dr. Sara Fraker, oboe; Dr. Jackie Glazier, clarinet; Dr. Eddie Goodman, saxophone; Dr. Marissa Olegario, bassoon; and the UA oboe, clarinet, saxophone and bassoon studios.

Early registration is $20 and includes full access to all activities, along with a welcome packet featuring reeds and other items. Register by Thursday, November 12 to receive the early-registration rate. Full-day registration at the door is $25, subject to availability.
Parents and guardians receive free admission. Families registering multiple children receive $5 off for each additional child, and registration-fee waivers are available for qualifying students.
Advance registration is encouraged. After submitting the registration form, participants will receive an invoice by email and may pay by credit or debit card. Registration may also be completed at the event.
