KXCI and Hotel Congress are excited for another year of the Tucson Rock Lottery! All proceeds from this event support KXCI Community Radio.

At 9 am on Saturday, September 5th, twenty-five Tucson musicians will gather together to form brand-new bands at random by drawing names out of a hat. They will write and learn three original songs, learn one cover, and perform all in under 12 hours. The epic culmination of their collaboration will happen on the plaza stage from 6:30-10 pm in a celebration of all the ingenuity the Tucson music scene has to offer.
