The 42nd annual Tucson Poetry Festival will feature workshops and readings by Danez Smith, Armen Davoudian, Ashanti Files, and Sara Sams on April 19th from 11 am to 9 pm in the Cabaret Theater at the Temple of Music and Art. The festival culminates with a community open mic on April 27th from 11 am to 1 pm at Talega Coffee Co. All local and visiting poets are welcome, and allotted time will be determined by the number of interested readers.
