Don’t miss Thresholds, a free afternoon of adventurous new music by University of Arizona composer John Muniz. Featuring saxophonist Edward Goodman, pianists Rie Tanaka and Muniz, and violinist Emily Chao, the program moves from restless, physical textures to luminous chamber music and a piano work built from a hip-hop breakbeat pushed to its breaking point.
