Scott Jeffers is a solo artist, as well as the bandleader for the Celtic world music rock band Traveler. He has performed at festivals throughout the U.S., Canada, U.K., Turkey and beyond. He developed a passionate intrigue for Celtic music influenced by his Scottish heritage.  It didn’t take long for him to incorporate the Celtic sound into his vision of World Fusion music, blending it with other ethnic influences. Scott has become known for his unique fusion of Scottish fiddle with Mongolian throat singing.

When his travels took him to the Emerald Isle and then to the Scottish Highlands, to experience first-hand the contrasting landscapes and cultures, his compositions took a delightful turn. Inspired by the different counties and towns he visited, he captured his experiences to share with others. Everywhere he went, fiddle in tow, he would soak in the spirit of the Irish and Scottish people, of the land, and express it with the sound of music.
