What can happen when stories are spoken aloud and a community gathers to listen, respond, and imagine what comes next? Join Roots&Voice on Monday, November 16, for an interactive Gathering featuring the first two acts of Laurie S. Sherman’s In Sarah’s Tent: The Women Speak. Through shared reading, audience participation, and discussion, attendees will have an opportunity to respond to the work and help shape the creation of a Green Valley theater project. Whether you are a longtime reader, a lover of theater, or simply curious about the power of stories and conversation, you are welcome. Come be part of the room and of what Roots&Voice is building.
