Come join us at Studio Janos on Friday, May 31 at 6:30 p.m. for our first Primavera Cooks! private dining experience! We’re excited to partner with Janos Wilder, a renowned chef, President of the Tucson City of Gastronomy Board of Directors, and winner of the 2000 James Beard Foundation Award who has helped elevate Tucson’s culinary scene and created a half dozen award-winning restaurants!
Apprentice opportunities for this exclusive Studio Janos dinner will be auctioned off from APRIL 19 at 8:00 a.m. MST – MAY 17 at 11:59 p.m. MST, so keep an eye out for ticket sale updates on our website and on our social media.
We will be accommodating a total of three (3) apprentices, who will cook at both dinners, so the top three (3) bids at the below links will be selected as apprentices.
Cooks! proceeds will fund emergency and transitional housing for women and families. Unsheltered women in Pima County are greatly underserved with limited emergency shelter options in Tucson and in Pima County. Last year, 483 women were in emergency shelters, transitional housing, or safe haven, and more than 67% of those women were unsheltered, according to the Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness. Primavera Foundation is working hard to change options for housing for women and families. Your support will help make that a reality!
