Join BICAS for a fun Block Party & Fundraiser on Sunday, September 27th, from 6 PM to 10 PM, for live music, food, drinks, games and lots of fun ways to connect with your neighbors and get involved in important local initiatives. Registration is also open for a scavenger hunt style Alleycat Race at 5:30 PM with a meal.
