Board president Yissel Salafsky called the meeting to order at 5:06 pm. Roll call was taken. Motion to move into executive session, seconded.
Search Committee & Board deliberation took place in executive session.
Motion to approve Elva De La Torre for executive director as recommended by the search committee. Seconded. Motion passes unanimously.Motion to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned 5:56 p.m.
