KXCI Celebrates International Women’s Day with ticket giveaways to a wide array of shows from these amazing women and non-binary artists.

The winners of (1) pair of tickets will be selected at random (one entry per person). KXCI offices are currently closed due to Covid-19. During this time, ticket winners will be put on the guest list and must present ID at the venue box office on the night of the show to gain entry. Winners will be notified to the email address entered in the contest.

Four-time Grammy Award winner Angélique Kidjo is one of the greatest artists in international music today, a creative force with thirteen albums to her name. Time Magazine has called her “Africa’s premier diva”. The BBC has included her in its list of the continent’s 50 most iconic figures, and in 2011 The Guardian listed her as one of their Top 100 Most Inspiring Women in the World.
Bikini Kill is a feminist punk band formed in 1990 in Olympia, WA and Washington, DC. Bikini Kill is credited with instigating the Riot Grrrl movement in the early 90’s via their political lyrics, zines and confrontational live show.
