Please join Ruby this Saturday from 12-2 as she pays tribute to folk-singer Pete Seeger, who died this past week at the age of 94. An activist, humanist, crusader, singer-songwriter and musical icon for over 60 years, Seeger did not hesitate to “comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable”. You will hear original songs and lots of artists who covered his material over the years. That’s the “Tribute to Pete Seeger”, this Saturday on Ruby’s Roadhouse at 12 noon, brought to you by your Community Radio station, KXCI.
