Join this class to calm your mind, stretch your muscles gently, open joints & learn soothing breath work. You will be cued to choose various stages & modifications of the poses thereby keeping your body safe and comfortable maintaining the purpose of this class. No stress! Please bring a mat & a prop—a blanket or big towel—for your safety and comfort to aid proper alignment.
