Award-winning author, farmer, butcher, and chef Meredith Leigh visit Tucson in February 2018 to offer a 2-day intensive workshop on homemade cured meats. From fresh sausage, to bacon and ham, salami, and pâté, participants will learn the craft and science of this ancient culinary practice.
