Intended for individuals trying to raise money for creative undertakings and research projects, this workshop will cover the basics of writing and submitting grant proposals to private foundations and state funding agencies. Those in attendance will learn how to write compelling grant proposals that convey their projects’ practical objectives and social value, and how to prepare and present budgets. The workshop, designed for individuals without extensive grant-writing experience, will include a Q&A session.
