Project Management Fundamentals is a 24-hour, 3-day course designed to help students gain a deeper and broader understanding of formal project management techniques. It is ideal for those who already have a basic understanding of project management techniques or those who have already been functioning as project managers in the workplace. Students will learn how to develop better projects, how to manage and track problems in a more systematic manner, how to better estimate costs and durations and more. Participants will also be introduced to a variety of tools that can be used to plan and execute more successful projects.
