At first glance, you may think that you are looking at a painting or photograph, but in reality, you are viewing a colored pencil work of art that depicts the rich colors and textures of Arizona’s plants, animals, or culture. Each artist displays a unique interpretation of their experiences through a variety of styles, surfaces, and colored pencil techniques.
