Five Recipes One Chicken! How to Break Down and Use a Whole Chicken Hands On Class

During this interactive hands on class, we will teach you how butcher a whole chicken into its component parts and use all of the parts effectively. By learning how to break down a whole chicken you will not only save money, but you will have the flexibility of using every part to create unique recipes.

Break down a chicken yourself (using some parts in class, the rest to take home)
Chicken tagine with couscous
In order to use the rest of your chicken at home, we will provide the following recipes: homemade stock, chicken chasseur with mushrooms, stuffed chicken breast, and velouté sauce.
Skills taught: chicken butchery, how to make a tagine, how to make a stock and sauce

Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Class fee $55.00 per participant, includes lunch of all dishes made.
