The Arizona Superior Court in Pima County, in tandem with the Pima County Bar Association, will present their Autumn 2019 Court Night event on Tuesday, October 15 at the Abrams Public Health Building, 3950 S Country Club Road, Tucson, 85714. Local attorneys will cover basic legal questions in two sessions, the first from 4:00 until 5:15 p.m., the last from 5:30 until 6:45 p.m. in the areas of family law, probate/guardianship/conservatorship law and juvenile dependency. The court’s Law Library & Resource Center will have a table at the event, offering information and tips for self-represented litigants, the Clerk of Court’s office will provide information about their host of services, including passport applications, marriage licenses, and access to legal records, and the Office of the Arizona Attorney General will be on hand to help attendees with the ins and outs of child-support modification and enforcement. The evening is free, and attendees are welcome to join all presentations of interest. Spanish-speaking interpreters will be on-site, other language services are available upon request.
