The annual conference of Arizona’s State Poetry Society featuring poetry readings, craft talks, workshops, and more. Featured speakers are Pamela Uschuk, a nationally-known, award-winning poet whose work appears in over 300 journals and anthologies, and has been translated in over a dozen languages; Dr. Johnny Chavez III, an Associate Warden with the Bureau of Prisons in Tucson and author of Voices of Change, poetry prompts for transformative change; poet Eleanor Kedney; and Oscar M. Landa Samano, the 2022 state champion of the Poetry Out Loud competition and third place national winner.
