Yoga for Migraines & Headaches

Yoga for Headaches & Migraines is specifically designed to help you cope with headaches and migraines. Through breath awareness, meditation, and yoga practices, this workshop will take you on a path from feeling frustrated and trapped to finding freedom and making peace with your migraines.
