Yoga Basics & Beyond with Sarah Rice

Join us for this mixed level class designed to introduce beginners to the practice of Yoga and allow continuing students to broaden their knowledge and understanding of Yoga. We will practice basic yoga postures–asanas–and pranayama–breathwork, with an emphasis on the fundamentals of practice and optimal alignment.
