Tucson Community Meditation Center offers regular mindfulness meditation classes from various traditions including Insight, Vipassana and Theravada on Monday – Thursday evenings at 6:30 as well as silent practice on Sunday from 8:30 – 10:00 AM. We also offer a full and changing schedule of classes (including Meditative Yoga) and workshops as well as full-day sits and periodic meditation retreats.
