Restorative Yoga with Mudras

The Yoga Connection

Restorative yoga is beneficial to all of us living busy, complicated lives. But, it is especially beneficial for the times before, during, and after major life events. Like starting a new year! By supporting the body with props, we alternately stimulate and relax the body to move toward balance and calm.This workshop will open a world of meditative calm and ease through mudras, pranayama, and restorative yoga. Students will gain more insight into where your body, mind and spirit can relax further and you will be guided to a new level of tranquility breath by breath and gesture by gesture.
