Mindful Communication: Clear Speaking

Speaking is the second component of mindful communication. We will look at what it means to be a more intentional speaker, the importance of silence and pauses, and the skill of hearing our own voice. These stand alone programs are designed for those interested in exploring the benefits of mindfulness, and for MBSR Alumni who want support for their ongoing mindfulness practice.
