Episode 17: Poets Pedal

February 3, 2017
SUPPORT

Tucson-native Clayton Kamm stops by to tell us more about an event he dreamed up that combines his favorite things: bikes, poetry, local beer and local food. Poets Pedal, an afternoon of biking, poetry, gastronomy, and live music,  is a collaboration between the University of Arizona Poetry Center, Edible Baja Arizona magazine and Living Streets Alliance with partners from Manzo Elementary School’s Ecology Program, Barrio Bread, Dragoon Brewing Company and Kyklo, amazing music from the Aegean. The event is a celebration of bringing community together in a safe, inclusive, unique way to explore what makes our region special and to enjoy beautiful weather and creative expressions of spoken word and local food.

For more information about the all-ages ride and to purchase tickets (proceeds benefit Mission Garden), visit Edible Baja Arizona’s event page here.
