Yoga for Teens

In this free 6-week yoga series you will: learn breathing exercises, stress management skills, build strength and confidence, and get more in tune with your body-mind connection.
Wear comfortable clothes. Please bring water, a towel and yoga mat (optional). Drop-ins and all levels welcome! Open to ages 13-19.
