The Yoga Connection

Hatha Yoga provides simple yet effective and accessible techniques that can be used to develop an awareness of what elicits a stress response. The practice of Hatha Yoga helps to identify ways of responding to stress and learning to cope with and relieve it. This awareness and the stress management techniques can help prevent the development of major health problems.
Gentle techniques will include: Yoga poses to rejuvenate and revitalize the body, breathing practices and deep relaxation to calm and restore the mind, meditation and visualization to calm and center the spirit.
